About The Program

Survive & Thrive empowers women through breast cancer education, prevention, and wellness programming that is accessible, culturally responsive, and community-based.

Why It Matters

Breast cancer affects women of all backgrounds, but African-American women are 40% more likely to die from breast cancer than White women.

This program addresses the root causes — late diagnosis, lack of education, and limited access to care — by providing knowledge, tools, and support. With the right resources, prevention and early detection are possible.
